The Victoria Trail Agricultural Society (VTAS) is excited to host a barrel racing clinic this February led by horse trainer Jomar Ferriera! The clinic will focus on building strong foundations for both horse and rider, emphasizing body control, clear communication and correct cues. Riders of all ages and experience levels will work through progressive drills to introduce or improve barrel work, with attention to position, timing, balance, and hand and leg placement. After lunch, each horse will be ridden individually to help tailor improvements for horse and rider.
